Success never comes easy, we have to work really hard for it and the amount of competition that we have today which is increasing every second makes achieving success kind of impossible. No matter what field you are in or what your goal is, you have to face the competition, there is neither an escape plan for this nor any shortcut for success, the only option left is to work hard. Well I know you all would be like "Oh! That's a brand new information". I know it's not but now a days hard work is replaced by smart work. If you are smart enough to work slightly better than others, Then my friend you are one step close to your aim. Almost everyone works had if they dream of something but knowing how to utilize time and resources is really hard. In our schools we've been told about two terms, Effective and Efficient. Anything that is done to achieve something should be done effectively and efficiently or otherwise you'll always find yourself as a part of the crowd instead of leading it. This is a very vast topic and I'll be uploading as many blogs as possible to cover almost everything but for now I'll talk about that topic which by far the best thing or consider it as a first step to achieve anything you want.
Gentlemen today we're talking about CONFIDENCE. It's like the best ingredient when it comes to an individual. Everyone knows about the basics of being confident but let me take it up a notch. Here are the certain things that you can do to kind of make yourself feel more confident so that you would be able to tackle situations with some ease.- Eliminate negative people or negativity from your life :- You're only as good as the company you keep so make sure it represents what you really are. You all know these people who no matter what happens think only about negative stuff and complain about things, well get rid of them ASAP. I'm going to keep it short and say that surround yourself with those kind of people who are much like you and have their goals kind of like yours.
- Overthinking :- If you think way too much it'll always keep you holding back. Thinking is good but overthinking will trap you and it's that trap which will take years to overcome. Stop doubting yourself, stop listening to the society if they are not supportive. Everyone is different and that is the beauty of life , there is no such kinds of rules that would make life simpler. We all have to find our way of dealing our failures by yourself there's no one who has been in a situation exactly like ours. You all know that "God help those who help themselves".
- Do something for you body :- Working out, running, walking, skipping, swimming, cycling, dancing, yoga the list never ends. No matter what age you are, what profession you have, what your gender is everyone must do at least something physical to be fit. Our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes can positively or negatively affect our biological functioning. In other words, our minds can affect how healthy our bodies are. On the other hand, what we do with our physical body (what we eat, how much we exercise, even our posture) can impact our mental state (again positively or negatively). This results in a complex interrelationship between our minds and bodies.
- Be good to everyone :- This one particularly would make you a better person instantly. Other that being confident people will respect you and the way that you feel when you make someone smile, well it is the best feeling ever. Smile a lot, Compliment other but always mean them, the best part of this is you'll feel really great and suddenly you'll be developing certain social skills which no one can ever teach you. Treating everyone with respect, maintaining proper eye contact, smiling, being involved in conversation, taking care of others, saying thank you and sorry, these are like basic etiquettes and if you're not doing them already, You're something else. Seriously people BE GOOD. Treat everyone the same way that you expect to be treated.
